January Monthly Postponed

The Company rescheduled our January monthly at the last minute due to scheduling conflicts on their end. The January monthly is now set for January 11th. A few notes on that:

  • We know that many members had issues rolling over the additional .5 PTMO, which is a time critical problem. The Company did commit to honoring the additional .5 rollover, as we’ve always done. They will send an email clarifying that .5 PTMO carryover process soon.
  • The pref is still a high priority and we’ve asked for an effective date as close to February 1st as possible. These details will be sorted out on January 11th.
